牛仔芭比奶茶店加盟,新店开业三个月经营实例分享

喝奶茶已经成为时下一种流行生活方式，开家奶茶店，智慧之选额不高，操作简单，占地面积小，非常适合小本经营者和缺少开店经验的创业者。只要奶茶和甜点/小吃口味新鲜独特，价格合理，能获得众人信赖的口碑，就很容易吸引到各个的消费者。

赵同的牛仔芭比奶茶加盟店是今年3月初开业的，每天下午330左右，赵同和店里的员工就开始将店中制作好的奶茶和蛋挞，布丁等小吃放入制造的手推车中，来到附近的一家菜市场门口做推销。车中除了各人的奶茶外，赵同还吩咐员工将布丁，蛋挞切成咖啡方糖大小，并且挨个插上牙签，以便让过往的人可以品尝味道。现场品尝是一种很好的推销方法，而且成本很低。当然，随车携带的还有印刷好的宣传单。

赵同的牛仔芭比奶茶加盟店开在小区里，开店前细心的他发现小区人气和消费水平都比较高，但周边却没有一家奶茶店，一直想创业的赵同动心了，一边和牛仔芭比加盟总部沟通，一边开始在当地留意店面。

怎么开奶茶店?选址是优先步。

赵同的奶茶加盟店开在一条东西走向的小街上。街南则是一排商铺。这条街并不繁华，但是租金较高，50平米的店面，每月租金8000多元。其实在另外一条街上同样有店铺出租，70多平米的店面每月租金也是800优惠。赵同曾在两个店面中选择了很久。但是很快发现，另外一条街的店面虽然也面对一个很大的小区，但为方便管理，那个小区的出入口分成了两个，店铺所对出入口多为车辆进出。很少会有人从车上下来专门买一杯奶茶后回家，或开车刚出门时停下来买杯奶茶。

而且现在店铺所在的这条街是周遭小区居民主要活动的区域，现在店面不只正对着小区的居民出入口，一方面东边紧邻的一条南北走向的街上有几家银行，要去这几家银行，赵同所在这条街是近的往返路线，另一方面西边东西走向的街上，还开着附近很大的一家邮局和超市。

当然赵同关注的还是附近小区的居民构成，甚至在几个小区开始入住装修时，挨个到工地上了解，除一部分回迁的居民外，大多数都是家庭月实现目标在1万元以上的居民，这对他开奶茶店也极为有利。

俗话说"要开店，选址是关键。"很多奶茶店的选址要求"繁华"。奶茶加盟店要开在市区的休闲步行街、商业圈、写字楼密集区等繁华的地段，但对许多初次创业的加盟商来说，繁华地段的租金太高，所以，建议选择人气较旺的住宅小区、学校附近，房租较实惠，地方也不用太大，有30，50平方米就足够。

赵同和员工在菜市场门口的推销发现，通常5点以前购买的人很少，品尝的人很多，而到快6点左右时，免费品尝的奶茶已经没有了却会有很多人直接购买。他想可能是下午四五点钟前往菜市场的通常都是中老年人，而下午6点后大多数是上班族下班回家的路上去买菜，这个时间段通常人们已经感觉饥饿了所以看到奶茶、小吃类的食品，即使不品尝也会想购买一些。发现这个规律后，赵同索性改变了免费品尝的时间，每天下午5点半以后才提供免费品尝，使得很多原本已经感觉到饥饿的人，免费品尝后反而觉得更加饥饿，从而扩大了销量。

这个促销的方法的确起到效果。不久就有越来越多的人直接到店中购买奶茶和小吃甜点。

赵同依然利用免费品尝的方法，之后为了继续扩大销量。带着自己店制作的奶茶和小吃，专门找周围有档次写字楼推销。因为他知道有些公司会在下午3点左右为员工提供奶茶和咖啡，于是亲自上门推销，果然接到为一家企业每天下午提供20份奶茶和蛋挞的业务。虽然这个业务量并不大，但他清楚，这种送货上门的服务不但可以让更多的人知道他的奶茶店，这也意味着他的奶茶店又多了一种经营可能。赵同还在店里设置了很多造型新颖的座椅。顾客可买上一些点心，或者点一杯奶茶坐在奶茶店里慢慢品尝，奶茶店的休闲功能也得到了进一步强化。

奶茶店的生意也会因季节原因而出现波动。例如下半年11，12月左右，奶茶店的生意也会有所下降，但如果搭配小吃，简餐这样的产品，热饮小吃的组合，则能提升店铺销售业绩。因此合适的产品结构和相应的促销手段也是确保奶茶店生存的根本。

经营的品种上，现在不少加盟店主有一些推陈出新的举措比如在炎炎夏季，会合时令地将沙冰，绵绵冰等冰品特别推荐，这些都深受顾客青睐，也为奶茶店带来了很可观的经营。
